Chromatin Meets South 2019

This 2-day informal meeting is the 9th edition in the conference series «Chromatin Meets South». It is focused on fundamental aspects of chromatin biology and on the latest advances in understanding chromatin structure and function, gene expression and genome integrity. This meeting will bring together leading researchers from the South of France to explore outstanding questions in chromatin-related topics and enable participants to identify new research opportunities and collaborations, and to allow PhD students and post-doc fellows to present their results to a large audience.

We welcome oral presentations from all areas relevant to chromatin research in different models.

 

Covered topics include

  •  chromatin structure and function
  •  gene expression 
  •  genome stability
  •  cancer and epigenetics

 

The conference will start on July 01 at 13h30 at The Hexagone, Luminy Campus, in Marseille. Talks will begin at 14h and will be concluded with a keynote lecture followed by a "Cocktail Dinatoire" on the spot. On July 02 the talks will be held from 8h30 till 17h. Lunch will be served at in place.

The registration is free but mandatory. Participants are responsible for their accommodation and transport.
